workshop, you will learn to prepare classic mezze including Hummus or Baba Ganoush, crunchy Fattoush Salad,
a customizable Spiced Main (meat or vegetarian), and the iconic sweet pastry Knafeh.
Everything is supplied. Please bring an apron and container, wear enclosed shoes, and tie back long hair. Please disclose any dietary requirements when you enrol. Facilitated by a professionally-trained chef.
