This course will be run at the Weir Views Community Centre, 23 Pegasus Drive, Weir Views VIC 3338.

Learn and practice the skills required to work in the patisserie/baking industry. Discover breadmaking and also learn to make eclairs, tarts and puddings or cupcakes, as well as modern and traditional cakes. Your tutor was trained in France. This is an ideal pathway to Certificate III Hospitality, employment opportunities or to create your own enterprise.

Bring a container each week, to take home your baked goods.

Please wear enclosed shoes, tie long hair back and bring an apron. Please disclose any dietary restrictions when you enrol/BEFORE classes begin.
