Under the expert guidance of a French-trained pastry chef, discover how to create your own breads, eclairs, tarts, puddings/cupcakes and modern/traditional cakes.
This comprehensive course is an amazing opportunity to get your foot in the door of the industry or to pursue further study, or even just to gain new skills for your home baking efforts.
Students are to wear enclosed shoes, tie long hair back and bring an apron and a container. Students are also required to disclose any dietary restrictions BEFORE classes begin.
