We’re introducing Zumba Gold at Bridge Road Children’s & Community Centre! To celebrate, we’re offering a free trial session to give you an opportunity to what all the fuss is about. After all, Zumba Gold has been a sought-after exercise program for decades! 

This popular program is designed specifically for older adults and led by an experienced, qualified instructor. Its low impact and includes a gentle warm-up and cool-down, with easy-to-follow routines. Move at your own pace to Latin-inspired dance moves, including salsa, samba, mambo, cha-cha, and more.
