Take your yoga practice to the next level with this Hatha-inspired class, designed to strengthen the body, enhance flexibility, and deepen relaxation through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. 

Led by our skilled and passionate instructor, Alicia, this class will challenge and refine your practice with a dynamic flow of postures, balance work, and deeper stretches to help you build strength and mobility while calming the mind. 

Each session includes: 

• A guided warm-up to prepare the body 
• Standing, seated, and balancing postures with modifications for challenge or ease 
• Lateral and forward bends to improve flexibility and release tension 
• A final relaxation period to restore and reset 

This class is ideal for those with some yoga experience who want to further develop their practice while enjoying the many benefits yoga offers, such as increased strength, better posture, improved sleep, and reduced stress.

In addition to bringing a yoga mat to this class you may wish to bring the following items to support your participation and comfort. 

• a pair of yoga blocks  
• a yoga strap or resistance band 
• If you have sensitive knees, a knee mat, towel or blanket for extra support.
