At Wiggle & Bloom, every session is a little pocket of joyful chaos (the good kind) for children aged 0-5 years.
Our 50-minute sessions blend music, movement and play to help little ones build confidence, spark curiosity and connect with others in a safe, nurturing space.
Together we’ll sing, stretch, wiggle and explore through a mix of guided group activities and plenty of supervised, unstructured free play.
Sessions may include
- 🌈 Rainbow parachute games
- 🎵 Song and movement time
- 🤸 Gentle stretching and body awareness
- 🧸 Open play with soft climbing equipment, balancing gear and sensory fun
We intentionally keep our groups small so every child feels seen, supported and included. While we offer a loose structure to guide the session, there’s lots of room for children to move at their own pace, follow their interests and simply be little.
It’s relaxed, playful and pressure-free — come ready to wiggle, bloom and have fun together.
Sessions available:
- Cobblebank Stadium: Tuesdays & Wednesdays (during school term) 10am & 11am
- Caroline Springs Leisure Centre: Mondays & Thursdays (during school term) 10am & 11am
