Unaya Community Reflection Sessions are guided community gatherings designed to create a calm and welcoming space for reflection, self-awareness, meaningful conversation, and community connection. 

This six-week series invites participants to explore the theme of “Trust In Self” through guided reflections, quiet stillness, and open community discussion.

Rather than being presented as a traditional workshop or educational program, each session creates a welcoming space where participants are encouraged to pause, reflect, and explore everyday life from a different perspective.

Each week centres around a simple reflection inspired by nature and ordinary life. These reflections are followed by a period of quiet contemplation and a facilitated group discussion where participants are invited to share their own perspectives and experiences in a respectful and supportive environment.

No prior experience is required, and there are no expectations placed on participants to speak if they prefer simply to listen and reflect.
