This is an 8-week program commencing 22 July running every Wednesday from 5pm.

In this engaging class, our experienced tutor will guide students in learning the ancient art of Taekwondo.

In a positive and safe environment, children will learn through both traditional Taekwon-Do movements and other fun, fitness-based activities.  Along with improved psychical health, Taekwondo teaches children self-defence skills which promote greater self-confidence and improved concentration, focus and listening skills as they follow the teacher’s instructions.

This class is suitable for children aged 5–10 years. No equipment or uniform necessary, just comfortable clothes and a drink bottle.
