Join Western Health for a cosy cooking demonstration where we’ll reveal the secret to turning humble, leftover produce into something seriously delicious and low cost. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients – including what you bring from home – we’ll demonstrate how to cook a hearty winter soup, with plenty of tips along the way. 

Plus enjoy a harvest swap, where you can exchange homegrown produce with others in the group.  

Have excess produce but cannot make the swap session? Contact us to organise drop off your produce and we will distribute it out to local families in need.  

We’ll also share a few simple nutrition secrets to help you create meals that are healthy, filling and easy on the household budget this winter.
