Walk. Talk. Connect.

Join us for a free Men’s Walk & Talk Peer Group — a welcoming space for men aged 26 years and over to connect, share experiences and support their mental health and wellbeing.

The group starts Thursday 10 September 2026 and runs every Thursday for 8 weeks at 1.00pm at Bridge Road Children’s & Community Centre.

Each week will explore different topics and practical ways to support mental health and wellbeing. Sessions may include relaxed walks, conversations and wellbeing activities, adapted to suit the group’s needs, mobility and interests.

What to expect

  • Connect with other men in a relaxed and supportive environment.
  • Meet peer workers with lived experience who understand the value of connection and shared experiences.
  • Share as much or as little as you like — or simply listen.
  • Take time for conversation, connection and reflection.
  • Light refreshments provided.

Delivered in partnership with Mind Australia.

Bookings are essential.
