This is a 4-week program starting 18 May running every Monday from 9:30am – 11am. 

Do you experience any of the following? 

• Feeling stressed and anxious 
• Frequently experiencing low mood  
• Needing space for “me time” 
• Wanting to connect with others 
• Cannot find the words to express your feelings 

 If so, then this four-week relaxation art class may be beneficial for you to reduce your stress as you focus on your artistic skills as well as learning some new ones. Your teacher in this class is fully qualified artist from Hong Kong who will guide you through a series of technique such as using brush, sponging, stippling, blending theme colour to create artworks relating to particular subjects including: 

• Week 1- Topic: Autumn 
• Week 2- – Topic: Sky 
• Week 3- – Topic: Plant 1- Dandelion 
• Week 4- Topic: Plant 2 – Falling Snow Cherry  

 Join us to feel relaxed and focus on all thing’s art, blocking out any other life stresses you may have.  

Everyone is welcome! No prior artistic experience required.  

A range of art materials will be supplied including watercolours, acrylic paints, display easels and paper to complete your artwork on.
