Have you noticed your child struggling with any of the following?

  • Emotional regulation
  • Maintaining focus
  • Social interactions
  • Low self-esteem
  • Too much screentime

If the answer is yes, this art therapy for wellbeing program may be beneficial.

Through the power of art making and interaction with art materials, art therapy can help children improve emotional regulation, self-esteem, motor skills, socials skills and mental wellbeing. Different from an art class, art therapy focuses on empowering children to express themselves through creativity.

This child-led, and strengths-based program is facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist, offering a range of materials (e.g. paint, crayons, clay, craft materials, etc.) and art making themes. The Art Therapist adapts the program based on the participants’ needs and preferences to foster a safe space for creativity and social connection.

Suitable for children aged 7-12 years. BYO art smock.
