Bolly X Dance Fitness for Women is a 9 week program starting 20 April running every Monday from 7pm (excluding 8 June). 

Bolly X is a Bollywood-inspired dance fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. 

It’s a 50 minute cardio workout that cycles between high and low intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. At the very core of a Bolly X workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. 

Classes embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide. 

Movements can be modified to suit your level of comfort making it perfect for everybody, no matter your age, size, experience or fitness level.  

Led by a qualified and passionate instructor, Bolly X promotes body positivity with an emphasis on having fun and feeling good about yourself.
