This is an 7-week program commencing 13 October and running every Tuesday from 11.15am.

This ancient Chinese practice provides a great way to relax your mind and body through gentle exercise and meditation. Our experienced teacher will guide you through movements to assist with better balance, posture and overall wellness in the beautiful surroundings of Eynesbury. This class is suited to those who are at a beginner level.

Classes are for all ages over 18 and abilities.

$5 per session.

Limited places are available in these one-hour classes. Sessions fill fast so book early to avoid disappointment.
