This program allows for flexible booking options. Pay for the full term upfront or select individual dates throughout the program. Please note that bookings close 24 hours prior to each class, so enrol early to avoid disappointment!
Dance your way to better health with Zumba Gold! Designed specifically for the older adult and led by an experienced and qualified Zumba Gold instructor, this program offers a fun, safe and effective workout.
Zumba Gold classes are low impact and incorporate a great warm up and cool down, with easy to follow routines. Move your body at your own pace to Latin inspired dance moves, including salsa, samba, mambo, cha cha and more.

ENROLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
This program is pay as you go. You can choose to pay for the number of sessions that suits you. To do this, follow these instructions.
Click ‘Book Now’ to open the ticket section, select the date you wish to enrol for, then click ‘Add to Cart’.
If you wish to only purchase that one session, you can then proceed to checkout.
If you wish to purchase more than one session, after you have placed your first session in your cart, simply select the next date you wish to enrol for and then click ‘Add to Cart’.
Repeat this until you have added as many sessions as you like to your cart before proceeding to checkout.
PLEASE NOTE
If you choose to pay for a single session, you must purchase a new ticket each week at least 24 hours prior to the next session.
