This is a 9 week program starting 23 July running every Wednesday at 10am.

Welcome to our rejuvenating yoga experience, where we invite you to replenish your body and soul through the gentle art of Hatha and restorative-inspired practices. Led by the passionate guidance of Smita, our specially tailored sessions cater to the unique needs of seniors, providing a sanctuary for stretching, relaxation, and tension release while simultaneously enhancing strength and flexibility. 

Each session begins with a soothing warm-up, followed by a sequence of guided poses and breathing exercises and periods of relaxation for an enriching experience. From standing to seated postures, balancing to bending, our diverse range of movements targets various areas of the body, adaptable to suit your individual needs. 

Yoga is celebrated for its multitude of health benefits, including improved flexibility, posture, strength, sleep quality, concentration, cardiovascular health, and stress reduction.
