This is an 8-week program beginning 1 May running every Thursday from 7pm.

This Yoga for Everyone program aims to develop body awareness, build strength, coordination and balance through postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) and self-study (svadhyaya).

You’ll be encouraged to choose your own level of intensity by being offered variations and versions for standing, seated and lying poses. You’ll also be guided on the use of the provided props such as blocks and straps, cushions, bolsters and blankets, walls and chairs to provide comfort and accessibility and enhance your practice.

The session will close with a short period of stillness allowing you a moment of contemplation and rest.
