Details

This is an 8-week program starting Monday 20 July, running every Monday from 6:15pm.

Do you wish to explore your feelings, identity and curiosity through art making? Do you enjoy making art alongside others? Do you want to express yourself but struggle to find the words?

Through the power of art making and the engagement with art materials, art therapy empowers participants to express their emotions via an alternative outlet. Unlike art classes, art therapy is more about the process than the outcome; and you do not need to be good at art to benefit.

This small group program is facilitated by a qualified Art Therapist, offering a range of materials (eg, paint, pastels, clay, collage materials, etc.) and art making themes each week. The Art Therapist aims to hold a safe and non-judgmental space for the group to engage in self-exploration, creative expression and personal reflection.

Suitable for teens aged 13-16 years.
