Bring your taste buds and be guided on how to create some traditional Greek dishes. You will make refreshing tzatziki, delicious spanakopita with layers of flaky pastry and spinach filling, and prepare a classic moussaka.
Everything is supplied.
Students are asked to bring an apron and container, to wear enclosed shoes, and tie back long hair. Students MUST disclose any dietary requirements on enrolment. Facilitated by a professionally-trained chef.
