This is an 8-week program commencing 29 July running every Tuesday from 10am.         

This ancient Chinese practice provides a great way to relax your mind and body through gentle exercise and meditation. Our experienced teacher will guide you through some simple movements to assist with better balance, posture and overall wellness. 

Classes are for all ages and abilities. 

Limited places are available in these one-hour classes. Sessions are expected to fill fast so book early to avoid disappointment. 

ENROLMENT INSTRUCTIONS  

This program is pay as you go. You can choose to pay for the number of sessions that suits you. To do this, follow these instructions.  

1. Click ‘Book Now’ to open the ticket section, select the date you wish to enrol for, then click ‘Add to Cart’.  
2. If you wish to only purchase that one session, you can then proceed to checkout. 
3. If you wish to purchase more than one session, after you have placed your first session in your cart, simply select the next date you wish to enrol for and then click ‘Add to Cart’. 
4. Repeat this until you have added as many sessions as you like to your cart before proceeding to checkout.  

PLEASE NOTE  

If you choose to pay for a single session, you must purchase a new ticket each week at least 24 hours prior to the next session.
