This is a 10 week program starting 1 May running every Thursday from 7.20pm.
Delivered by an experienced and passionate yoga instructor, Slow Yoga classes provide an opportunity to unwind, relieve stress, and reduce anxiety all while strengthening and promoting flexibility in the body. Classes start with a gentle warm-up followed by a series of breathing practices and end with a short period of meditation to quiet the mind and rejuvenate the body.
Poses in this class will include standing and seated postures. All poses can be modified to make them as easy or challenging as suitable for your unique body and individual requirements.
Yoga classes involve breathwork, body awareness, core strengthening stretching and meditation. it aims to assist participants of all levels and abilities to holistically improve mental focus, strength, flexibility, and mobility, whilst helping to develop healthy breathing and posture habits. it is a great way to explore and learn the foundations of Slow Yoga.
