This is a 4-week program starting 20th July running every Monday from 9:30am – 11am. 

Do you experience any of the following? 

• Feeling stressed and anxious 

• Frequently experiencing low mood  

• Needing space for “me time” 

• Wanting to connect with others 

• Cannot find the words to express your feelings 

If so, then this four-week relaxation art class may be beneficial for you to reduce your stress as you focus on your artistic skills as well as learning some new ones. Your teacher in this class is a fully qualified artist from Hong Kong who will guide you through a series of techniques such as using brush, water control, outline and dry brush to create artworks relating particular subjects including: 

 Week 1- Topic: Lavender 

 Week 2– Topic: Bird 

 Week 3-Topic: Wattle 

 Week 4- Topic: Fruit

Everyone is welcome! No prior artistic experience required.  

A range of art materials will be supplied including watercolours, acrylic paints, display easels and paper to complete your artwork on.
