Depression and anxiety can come in many forms. For many of us they’re a struggle that affect various parts of our day-to-day lives.  

Throughout this insightful session, Beyond Blue volunteer Tim will share his personal story of hope, recovery, and resilience in his experience with anxiety and depression. His inspiring talk will highlight:

• Strategies for recovery 
• Tips for managing your mental well-being

• Learn ways to support yourself and others 
• Connect with others over morning tea 
• Take home helpful mental health resources 

This session is designed to support not only your own well-being but also help you assist loved ones who may be struggling.
