Details

Are you or a loved one experiencing cognitive changes including memory loss, changes in thinking or behaviour and dementia? If you answered yes, this group may help to support you during what can be a difficult time.

We encourage you to come along for a chat over a cup of tea or coffee in this welcoming space. By sharing stories, knowledge and experience, you can learn from and support from other group members.

These relaxed free support sessions will be facilitated by a Community Health Nurse from Western Health who will provide information and support on Dementia services in the local area.

The group is open to adults experiencing memory loss or has a diagnosis of dementia, and/or their carer/s. Sessions will be held at the Hillside Community Centre on Friday 16 May, Friday 13 June and Friday 4 July from 10:30am – 11:30am.
