Are you an unpaid carer looking for support? Do you look after a family member or friend with disability, a medical condition, mental illness, who is frail due to age or has an alcohol or other drug problem? These carer support sessions may just the thing you need to unwind and take some time for yourself.    

Melton City Council invites you to come along and connect with other carers whilst enjoying simple craft activities, allowing you to immerse yourself into a period of relaxation time. 

Light refreshments will be provided.  

These relaxed free support sessions will be facilitated by a Community Engagement Advisor from the Holstep Health Carer Gateway service. To participate in this group, we encourage you to register with the Carer Gateway service, which is free and will potentially provide other benefits beyond this group. Our lovely facilitator will be happy to help you with any questions and the easy process of receiving support through the Carer Gateway Program.
