At this special Volunteer Week event, Kris, our experienced and passionate instructor, will lead a meditation workshop. This session offers an opportunity to:

  • Experience a guided seated meditation designed to boost energy levels
  • Reduce stress, enhance calmness, and improve sleep
  • Leave feeling refreshed and with a renewed sense of well-being

This is a free session; however, bookings are essential via this webpage.
