This is a 7-week program starting 24 July running every Thursday from 10am. 

Improve your energy levels and in a safe and positive space by joining in our series of free meditation seated classes designed to invoke calmness, reduce stress and improve sleep.  

The first 30 minutes of each session is allocated to the practice of mindfulness and meditation followed by techniques and practises to assist with the issues of anxiety, anger and depression. 

Our relaxed program accommodates all abilities and fitness levels as our experienced and passionate instructor, Kris, adapts your session to suit your individual needs. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and with a sense of wellbeing.
