This is an 8-week program starting 26 July running every Saturday from 8:30am.   

If you’re looking to incorporate gentle exercise combined with strength-based movements into your fitness routine, our new mat Pilates program is the perfect way to start your weekend.   

During the classes you will practice a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance, and coordination. Pilates can boast many benefits including increasing pelvic strength, flexibility and overall fitness.  

The class is kept small with a maximum of 10 participants allowing for individual attention. It is non-competitive and suitable for anyone, regardless of fitness level. It caters for beginners through to advanced practitioners.  

As an instructor, Farran adopts a relaxed teaching style. She works to create a fun and relaxing environment for her students away for the stresses of everyday life.  Farran responds to students’ needs and wants when developing her routines to ensure they incorporate the things they enjoy or would like to work on. 

Farran’s hope for her students is that they achieve a stronger more peaceful mind, body and soul.
