This is an ongoing community group of mature age ladies that meet on Thursday mornings, (during school terms excl. public holidays). 

Walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion and a good walk can do wonders for your physical and mental wellbeing. The group usually walks together around the local precinct surrounding Hillside Community Centre at 9:30am (weather permitting) and then return to the centre for tea and coffee around 10am. 

This relaxed group is a welcoming environment for a couch chit-chat offering an avenue to share topics in a casual way with other women in the area. A great way to connect, support and meet others and gain insight into all that’s available to keep you active and socialising in your neighbourhood.
