This is an 8 week program commencing 31 July running every Thursday from 6:30pm. 

Did you know that engaging in adult colouring can help to reduce stress, improve focus, boost creativity and potentially help with depression and anxiety? In this welcoming space where wellbeing and creativity are combined, you’ll be guided by our experienced artist to create your very own adult colouring book. 

Over an 8-week program, you’ll learn the art of illustration, creating a series of pages that will be combined into a community colouring book for each participant to take home.  

Enjoy the serenity that is colouring while encouraging mindful behaviours and learn design skills which you can apply to your own colouring book. 

Suitable for adults of all abilities. All materials provided.
