Did you know fermented foods hold many health benefits including improved gut health, boosted immunity and easier digestion? In this exciting session, you’ll learn quick and simple techniques for making sauerkraut and sourdough bread at home, both popular and delicious fermented foods.

Watch as Ammie Jackson, a qualified Natural Resource Manager and Permaculture Designer, demonstrates the easy process of making these foods at home with minimal ingredients and equipment. Ammie has a life-long love of plants and a passion for encouraging biodiversity into all of our systems, even our gut-flora.

This workshop is perfect for beginners and is open to adults aged 18 years and over.
