This is a 9-week program starting 5 February 2025 running every Wednesday from 1pm.   

Want to improve how your body moves, feels, and functions in a fun, friendly and inclusive environment? This fitness class is for you. This 1-hour class aims to improve your strength, mobility, balance and stamina using a variety of training methods, with the emphasis on learning good technique and body confidence. 

Using various levels of intensity, our classes aim to accommodate all fitness levels and are suitable for everyone at all ages. Suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. 

ENROLMENT INSTRUCTIONS

This program is pay as you go. You can choose to pay for the number of sessions that suits you. To do this, follow these instructions.

1. In the ticket section below, select the date you wish to enrol for, then click ‘Add to Cart’
2. If you wish to only purchase that one session, you can then proceed to checkout
3. If you wish to purchase more than one session, after you have placed your first session in your cart, simply select the next date you wish to enrol for and then click ‘Add to Cart’
4. Repeat this until you have added as many sessions as you like to your cart before proceeding to checkout.

PLEASE NOTE

If you choose to pay for a single session, you must purchase a new ticket each week at least 24 hours prior to the next session (i.e. by 1pm on the Wednesday before your chosen session).
