This is a 4-week program starting 16 June running every Monday from 5:15pm. 

Join local chef Carmen as she guides you to create flavoursome meals sure to become favourites at dinner time at your place. In this 4-week series you will learn to prepare a variety of dishes including:    

• Mushroom risotto 
• Baked jacket potato 
• Chili con carne 
• Turkey burger  

Take home a recipe card each week so you can re-create these delectable dishes for friends and family.
