This is a 3-week program starting 17 March, running every Monday from 6.30pm. 

Join local chef Carmen as she guides you to create flavoursome meals sure to become favourites at dinner time at your place. In this 3-week series you will learn to a variety of dishes including:   

• Bibimbap Chicken

• Stir Fry Singapore Vermicelli

• Thai Chicken Salad

You’ll also take home a recipe card each week so you can re-create these delectable dishes for friends and family.
