This is a 4-week program starting 20 July running every Monday from 4:30pm.

Join local chef Carmen as she guides you to create flavoursome meals sure to become favourites at dinner time at your place. In this 4-week series you will learn to prepare a variety of dishes including:

Week 1: Chicken Vietnamese Pho

Week 2: Pumpkin and Asparagus Risotto

Week 3: Zucchini, Sweet Potato and Feta Frittata

Week 4: Massaman Sweet Potato and Beef Curry

Take home a recipe card each week so you can re-create these delectable dishes for friends and family.

All ingredients and equipment supplied. Suitable for people aged 18 years and over. Spaces are limited. Book now to avoid disappointment. Please bring a container to take the delicious dinner home with you.
