Melton City Council is hosting a ‘Come & Try’ breathwork and meditation session at Thornhill Park Children’s & Community Centre! 

This one-off program is designed to help you cultivate inner calm, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being. The session begins with gentle movements to encourage optimal blood flow and oxygenation throughout the body, creating the perfect foundation for deeper breathwork and meditation. 

Following the light movement, you will transition to seated breathwork, where you’ll be guided through various techniques to enhance your breathing patterns, calm the mind, and balance your nervous system. The class then flows into a meditative practice, encouraging self-study and introspection, allowing you to connect with your inner self and achieve a state of mindful awareness. 

Join Ferial, your local certified instructor, for a transformative session that integrates breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centred, and more connected to yourself. 

Suitable for adults of all abilities. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. 

Participant enrolment and feedback from this session will help assess community interest in a Breathwork & Meditation program at Thornhill Park for Term 2 2025.
