Discover how you can master the classic choux pastry at home, complete with iconic craquelin crust.

Under the supervision of a French-trained pastry chef, create your own decadent eclairs and cream puffs filled with delicious creams and learn how you can customise them yourself.

Everything is supplied.

Students are asked to bring an apron and container, and to wear enclosed shoes and tie back long hair. Students MUST disclose any dietary requirements on enrolment.
