Are you an unpaid carer looking for support? Do you look after a family member or friend with disability, a medical condition, mental illness, who is frail due to age or has an alcohol or other drug problem? Then these carer support sessions, may just be for you. 

We invite you to come along and connect with other carers, light refreshments will be provided. We will also be offering some simple craft activities, so you can immerse yourself into some relaxation time. 

These relaxed free support sessions will be facilitated by a Community Engagement Advisor from the Merri Health Carer Gateway service. To participate in this group, we encourage you to register with the Carer Gateway service, which is free and will potentially provide other benefits beyond this group. Our lovely facilitator will be happy to help you with any questions and the easy process of receiving support through the Carer Gateway Program.
