Melton City Council is hosting a brand-new breathwork and meditation program at Thornhill Park Children’s & Community Centre! 

This program is designed to help you cultivate inner calm, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being. The session begins with gentle movements to encourage optimal blood flow and oxygenation throughout the body, creating the perfect foundation for deeper breathwork and meditation. 

Following the light movement, you will transition to seated breathwork, where you’ll be guided through various techniques to enhance your breathing patterns, calm the mind, and balance your nervous system. The class then flows into a meditative practice, encouraging self-study and introspection, allowing you to connect with your inner self and achieve a state of mindful awareness.
