This is an 8-week program starting 22 July running every Tuesday from 10:30am. 

 Get ready to shake, shimmy, and sweat with our high-energy Bollywood Zumba class! Inspired by the vibrant rhythms of Bollywood and the upbeat style of Zumba, this session is all about fitness, fun, and fabulous moves. 

  No experience needed—just bring your energy and your smile! Join us for fun-filled choreographies, feel-good vibes, and a great workout that doesn’t feel like exercise.  

  This class is open to all abilities so whether you’re new to the dance style or an experienced dancer, you are sure to have a great time.   

  Suitable for women aged 18 years and over.  

 Please bring your own Yoga mat, water bottle and towel each session.
