Give yourself permission to slow down and switch off. Join Sarah for an hour of deep relaxation, where you will be
guided through a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls. Allow the gentle vibrations to wash over you,
quieten the mind, release tension, and melt away stresses. BYO mat, blanket, & anything else to feel comfortable.
