As we age, new personal challenges in life transitions, health and wellbeing and social connections can arise that may affect your mental health.  

During this supportive session, participants will be encouraged to reflect on common concerns including: 

• Loss and grief 
• Depression and anxiety 
• Purpose, connection and change 

Delivered by an experienced and compassionate Social Worker and Meditation Instructor, this session will provide practical strategies to support self-care, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote mental and emotional wellbeing. 

All are warmly invited to take part in this positive, welcoming and supportive space for reflection, connection and conversation. Light refreshments provided.
