Join local author and passionate community member, Troy McFaul, at this insightful event to hear about his upcoming Walk for Compassion.

Did you know 43% of Australians report experiencing a mental health issue at some time in their life*? Troy, a staunch advocate for mental health, will soon set out on a 134 km journey from Melton to the Great Stupa of Universal Compassion in Bendigo. Troy is making the trek to raise awareness of the positive impact of compassion, connection and community for mental health outcomes.

Troy will also speak about new Unaya Community Reflection sessions that he is currently facilitating here at Fraser Rise Children’s & Community Centre. The calming sessions are a welcoming place for reflection self-awareness, meaningful conversation and community connection.

If you struggle with mental health, are looking for new local connections or just curious to learn more about Troy’s journey to Bendigo, secure your place now (bookings are essential).
