Create, experiment, and have fun with art at this hands-on session for pre-schoolers. Offering different art making experiences during the session, this is an opportunity for 3–5-year-old children to create and learn in an unstructured environment.
Children are encouraged to participate in activities that interest them. They can move around the room and try out all the art making experiences on offer or just enjoy the one activity. The choice is theirs!
Activities are selected for their developmental benefits and include painting, drawing, tearing, cutting, gluing, threading and sensory experiences.
These sessions are facilitated by Melton City Council Community Programs Officer, Alexandra & Amanda who are passionate about creating opportunities for children of all abilities to engage in fun developmental activities.
