Join us this R U OK? Day to connect, share a laugh, and support one another.
We’re excited to welcome Merv Neal, one of Australia’s leading laughter experts and author of The Positive Psychology of Laughter and Humour, who will deliver an engaging Laughing Yoga session, exploring the health and wellbeing benefits of laughter. No Lycra or yoga mats required—just bring an open mind and a willingness to have a go!
Merv’s inspiring session will:
Highlight laughter as a powerful tool for reducing stress
Promote positivity and joy in everyday life
Encourage connection, kindness, and supporting one another
Provide an opportunity to connect with others over morning tea
Come along, have some fun, and take a positive step towards better wellbeing. Light morning tea provided.
This is a free session; however, bookings are essential.
