You can progress at your own comfortable pace, ensuring your enjoyment no matter your fitness level. Conveniently located at the Fraser Rise Children’s & Community Centre, our classes provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can meet and socialise with like-minded individuals in your community.
No prior experience is required – our dedicated trainer, Sam, will guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique. Don’t miss out on the chance to start your journey towards a stronger, more active lifestyle.
ENROLMENT INSTRUCTIONS
This program is set up with a part payment option. You can choose to pay for one block (set number of sessions) or the whole term. To do this, follow these instructions.
In the ticket section below, select your preferred block or whole term, then click ‘Add to Cart’. Please note that sessions are not transferrable between blocks.
Block 1 – 22 Apr to 20 May (5 sessions) = $25
Block 2 – 27 May to 24 Jun (5 sessions) = $25
Full Term – 10 sessions = $50
